Payslip

Hi AdminCrich,

We can adjust the printer settings so you can print the pay slip in one page only. 

Here's how: 

1. Open the pay slip you would like to print.
2. Click on the printer icon.
3. Click on More settings. 
4. On Scale drop-down menu, you can select Fit to printable area or Fit to paper.
5. Click Print once you're good with layout of your pay slip.

It is still printing the notes added to the payslip on the second page

If the notes added on the pay run is showing on the second page of the pay slip, you can enter the page number of the pay slip you would like to print only by clicking on Pages drop-down menu and select Custom. Enter the page number of the pay slip that you would like to print. 

Hope this helps. 

I have tried printing  the payslip individually and it only shrinks the first page with notes on a separate page!

I apologise about that, AdminCrich. 

You may consider opening the downloaded pay slip on an Adobe and use one of the tools to combine multiple pages into one document. Pay slips downloaded on a browser can't be merged into one page.
