Hi How to rev up the quotation

I'll provide the two options about revving up the quotation, @accounts383

If you want to customise the quote to make it more lively, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
  3. Locate the quote and click Edit from the Action column. If you haven't created a template yet, select New style and choose Quote
  4. Customise the DesignContent, Emails of your quote template.
  5. Choose Done.

The screenshot below shows you the last two steps. For the detailed instructions, check out this article: Customise Invoices, Quotes, And Sales Receipts In QuickBooks Online (QBO)

If you've deleted the quote before and want to make it active again, let's use the Audit Log to recover its details. This way, you can re-enter it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Audit Log under Tools.
  3. Choose the appropriate User, Date, and Events from the Filter drop-down menu.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Locate the deleted transaction or use the browser search Ctrl + F and type "deleted".
  6. Under the History column, select View.
  7. Go to the Event column to see all the information needed for the transaction.
  8. Re-enter the transaction with its original date.

When your customer accepts the quote, you can convert it into an invoice. The system will automatically mark it as Closed afterward.

Please let me know if you're referring to something else about revving up the quotation or you have other concerns. I'll gladly help. Keep safe.
