The reason your Payrun Lodgement to ATO had failed because of the business validation errors.
The Error is depending on business-related or employee. When the employee gets something error, you will notice it by including the name of the employee in the front of the error. I've added a screenshot for your visual reference.
If you're having a business-related error, the possible reason is when a business has multiple employing establishments set up and have similar Australian Business Number (ABN) that used for two or more of the business.
To resolve this issue, you'll need to create an update event to relodge it. Thus, you'll need to correct the issues first before to relodge it. You can refer to this article for more information about fixing the common issues of STP lodgement in QuickBooks Online.
