Super does not get calculated for one of my employees. do you know why?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

The super guarantee contributions are calculated based on the employee's gross earnings for the entire month and the value is calculated based on the ordinary time earnings. 

 

Let's check the employee's details to verify their settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. From the employee list, click on the employee's name.
  3. Click on Pay run defaults. 
  4. Scroll down to the Super Threshold section. Super threshold is usually at $450.00.
  5. Check if there is a threshold set and a Quarterly maximum super contribution base set.
