Super payments

Hi all,

 

I've set up payroll and started paying employees (which is working), and I have set up Beam for super payments (I think properly), but I still don't know if the super payments are being paid or how to check if they are, I can't find a record of them and if they have not been paid, how do I pay them?

Super payments

Hello there, TA41. 

 

You can check the status of super payments in the Pay Runs page. Look for the Super icon next to the Date Paid column. The color of that icon will tell you exactly the payment's status:

 

  • Grey: The payment hasn't been submitted yet.
  • Yellow: The payment has been submitted.
  • Green: The payment has been received.
  • Red: This means the payment failed or an error occurred.

 

If you see a lot of Grey icons, it means the super hasn't been triggered yet. You'll need to manually batch them.
