Are you getting an error when trying to access the Employees tab in QuickBooks Online account? If so, let's perform some basic trouble shooting steps to isolate the situation. Let's start by signing using a new incognito window. The incognito window does not save browsing history making it a good place to check for web data issues.
Here's how:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, let's access your QuickBooks Online account and then go to Employees tab. If it went through fine, you may want to clear your browser's cache.
If the issue remains, please check and enable 3rd party cookies on your browser. Here's how:

Once done, close all the browser and re-launch it and access your QuickBooks Online account once more.
