Also, let's try to clear your browser's cache to fix any browser-related issues. Please begin by accessing your account using a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache and is a great way to start troubleshooting.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
If it works, go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.
