We are not familiar with 'Pay Leader' and have searched on Google but have not located any information to assist; however these emails would not be associated with your QuickBooks Online subscription costs. We do not charge dishonour fees if a payment is missed and in the event of a missed payment your QuickBooks Online file will go into a suspended or read-only status until payment details have been updated and the amount owed is received (see here for more details), but no fees are charged. If you have any third party apps that may be connected to this Pay Leader, we would suggest reaching out to them to determine where these emails are coming from and why you are receiving them.
