Are you using the QuickBooks Online mobile app when trying to categorise your bank transactions on file? If yes, let's fix it by updating the QBO Mobile App version to 24.05.9, followed by signing in again to your QuickBooks account to view the Expense categories.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team to further isolate this issue and resolve it.
Here's how:
- Click the question mark (?) icon in your QBO mobile app.
- Pick Help and Support.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, Continue.
- Choose Chat or Callback.
