To isolate the situation encountered let's try accessing your account using a different web browser like Google Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.
- Open a new web browser.
- Log in to QuickBooks Online through qbo.intuit.com
- Enter your credentials and access the Employees tab once more.
- Click on the Pay Runs tab, and access any unfinalised pay run.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting directly our Customer Support Team. That way, they can further check your payroll account in a secure form.
