Being unable to process your pay run in QuickBooks Online is under investigation. Our Payroll Engineering Team is taking the steps to further analyse the root cause of this issue.
That being said, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They will pull up your account and add it to the investigation (INV-43919). Doing this will help you get updates about the issue via email.
How to contact customer support:
- In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
- Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
