I want to make sure you can reactivate your account, @j-broedelet-iclo.
I've got the steps that'll surely help with your suspended QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. So you can get back where you left off as soon as possible.
The QBO account will be suspended if we're unable to process the payment of your subscription. All discontinued accounts will have view-only access mode. You can still read all your company data, but you cannot add or edit data. Not to worry about it because you can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment details.
Here's how:
5. Enter the updated credit card or bank information in the appropriate fields. Make sure that the billing address in QBO is the same on your credit card statement.
6. Tap Save changes.
Once the payment is processed, the suspension should be cleared shortly. To know the frequently asked questions about suspending accounts, visit this link: Get help with your suspended subscription.
Additionally, you can always view your QBO payment history on the Billing & Subscription page. See the sample screenshot for your reference.
Lastly, feel easy to click these articles below about handling your Intuit account, including connected apps, security, and data.
