There are several reasons why keypay ask for payment details:
1 You have opted automated super payment with BEAM.
2 You have employee with text message (SMS) notification selected.
3 You have excess employees for your current plan level. e.g 12 on plus subscription when 10 are covered.
4 Customer opted for advanced payroll subscription. (Because there are no complementary Employees for advanced subscription)
The only way once payment details are requested to continue using payroll is to enter valid card details or remove the reason for the request, it will normally reverse it. However, if it does not pay request can be raised to Payroll Expert Team.
