New Subscription billing method by QBO Times

The new billing system by Quick books Times is not a fair system. Previously T sheets used to bill based on the number of staff clocking in the time for the month. In contrast, QBO Times bill based on the active users in the system regardless of whether they clock in for the month or not. We have significant number of casuals in the payroll who does not work regularly for us and a casual working in a month may work after 3 months. This means we have to monitor the system continuously and switch off and on the users so that they are not billed for the month. This is inefficient and systems are supposed to reduce the admin work and automate the process. However, in this instance it is increasing the manual work. Since the introduction of this method, we are paying almost double the usual charge and the worst part is we are paying for employees who did not clock in any time.

It would be much appreciated if QBO Times can bill based on the number of staff clocking in the time for the month. This will help the small business like us to be efficient and make QBO Times as a cost effective solution.
