Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn’t have the ability to automatically send statements to your customers when they reach their credit limit, Move.
In the meantime, consider running an A/R Ageing Summary report and scheduling it daily. It will help you determine customers with outstanding balances or credits that need to be settled.
Also, I recommend exploring third-party apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online to automate the process of sending statement reminders to customers when they reach their credit limits.
