For now, there's no option to add or show a column for "Paid Amount" on the Bills and Applied Payments Report. However, you can locate the partial payment made for the bill under the Amount column. Then, you can customize this report to show the remaining balance.

For that solution, I need to manually look at least 800 lines. Also most of the bill payments has multiple bills as welll that might or might not be partial payments as well.
The Open Balance column doesn't also solved my problem.
If Bill A is fully paid but split in many bill payments, the open balance will only show 0.
What is needed is a Payment Amount Column to show exactly the amount of a bill paid in a specific bill payment.

The Bill and Applied Payments report generates the total amount of the bill and balance. And yes, the open balance automatically turns to zero when it's fully paid. Otherwise, we'll be able to see the remaining amount. Here's the sample screenshot:
