Hi AlwaysLearning66,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

If you've undo a categorised transaction in QuickBooks Online it will go back to the For review tab. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Click on Bank transactions.
  3. Locate and click on the bank account.
  4. Under For review tab, you will see transactions needed to be categorised and added in QBO.

If the transactions is not showing in the For review tab, let's go back to the Categorised tab and verify if the specific transaction you wanted to undo is still showing from the list.

You can check this link to learn more about how to Find and categorise transactions in QuickBooks.

Hi AlwaysLearning66,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can exclude the duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online using the steps below.

  1. Click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Click on Bank transactions.
  3. Locate and click the bank account.
  4. Under For review, click or select the duplicate transactions and click on Exclude.
  5. The transactions will move to the Excluded tab.
  6. Under Excluded tab you can select the transaction and click on Delete.

That's it! You've now excluded the duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online.
