Management Reports "Something's not working"

I have a custom management report that is updated and used monthly.

I was able to preview and export as pdf 3 days ago and now when I try to preview or export as PDF the error "Something's not working" appears.

I have cleared cache, tried opening in incognito window and still "Something's not working"

I've found a similar product investigation with the error you've received when accessing Management reports in QuickBooks Online. For us to better help you and escalate the error encountered, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can take a look in your account/report in a secure form.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Click on Help (?) icon.
  2. Click on Assistant and fill out information asked.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter a short summary of your concern.
  5. Click on Continue.
  6. Choose Start a chat or Call Us.
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
