It is possible that your email provider or security settings are filtering out those reports before they reach your inbox. To resolve this, add do_not_reply@au.selfemployed.intuit.com to your safe sender list or contacts. If you are using a corporate email, your IT department may need to authorize this address for you.
Before trying another export, check your spam and junk folders for any messages from Intuit and mark them as This is not spam or Not Junk. You can also send a manual email to do_not_reply@intuit.com to help your provider recognize the domain as trusted. If the report still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact your email provider to ensure they aren't blocking Intuit communications at the server level.
