When creating a superannuation payment batch (from employee reports using the inbuilt employment hero), we get a date drop down option of "This Month", "This quarter to Date", "Last Month", "Last Quarter" or "Custom Range". I also have to select custom range because I pay super at the same time I pay salary - for me its a two week schedule. It would be good to have the option of selecting a pay schedule in the drop down so it could automatically determine the range of dates to search. I realise many people only pay super when they absolutely have to, but the laws are changing anyway to force payments to occur at the same time as super (I think 2025?), so it needs to be looked at anyway.

Are you processing super payments through Beam? Appreciate the feedback you have with regard to be able to select pay schedule when processing super payments in QuickBooks Online payroll. The figures in processing a super batch is based on the pay date of the pay run.
Regardless of the date range you've selected the super batch will only show the super payments that's been processed in a pay run.

Hi - Yes I process through Beam. It all works fine. Its just as a default I ALWAYS have to select custom dates and then enter the same dates which are found on my payroll schedule. My enhancement request would be to have the payroll schedule in the drop down menu so that dates can be filled in automatically.
