Learn how to sign up and create an Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) firm.

If you're an accountant or a ProAdvisor, use Intuit Accountant Suite to connect to your clients' accounts. This version of QuickBooks lets you review their books, edit transactions, and fix issues. It also gives you enhanced bookkeeping tools and access to Accountant benefits.

Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) is mainly for supporting QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed clients. If your clients use QuickBooks Desktop, you can also download software and certifications from Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS).



Sign up for Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS)

You can create a new Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) firm directly from our website, or an invite sent by a client.

Tip: Even if you have an existing Intuit user ID, you may want to create a new profile specifically for your firm.

If you've never used QuickBooks, TurboTax, or other Intuit products

If you don't have an existing user ID, or you want to create a brand new profile for Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS):

  1. Head over to our website.
  2. Select See plans.
  3. Follow the steps to create a new firm.

If you already use QuickBooks , TurboTax, or another Intuit product

If you have an existing user ID, you can create an Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) firm from it.

  1. Head over to our accountant website.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Sign in with your user ID and password.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to create your firm.

If you've never used QuickBooks, TurboTax, or another Intuit product

  1. Ask your client to invite you to be their accountant.
  2. Open the invite email and select Accept Invite.
  3. Follow the steps to create an account.

When you're finished, you'll have a brand new Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) firm.

If you use QuickBooks, TurboTax, or other Intuit products

  1. Ask your client to send the invite to the email address connected to your existing user ID.
    Tip: If you want to create a brand new profile, ask them to send it to a different email address.
  2. Open the invite email and select Accept Invite.
  3. Sign in with your user ID and password.
