Based on your description of the issue above, it seems like you want to create attractive and professional-looking invoices. To do this, you'll have to perform the customisation process in your QBO account. Let me guide you how.

The first step is to create a new invoice template and design it. You'll have to complete the said activity in the Custom form styles page. For the detailed steps, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3. Click the New style button, then choose Invoice.
4. Go to the Design tab, then give your template a name.
5. Select Dive in with a template to choose a layout (Airy Classic is recommended).
6. Click Add your unique logo or Make logo edits to upload a new logo.
7. Select Splash on some colour to pick a colour scheme. 
8. Choose Get choosy with your font to change the font and size.
9. Click When in doubt, print it out to adjust the margins. 
10. Whenever you're ready to save your changes, select Done.
