I've checked our records and haven't seen any investigations similar to yours. Bank error 105 occurs when there is ongoing maintenance on your bank or unable to establish a connection. This usually resolves within 24 hours. If not, you'll want to manually update your bank in QBO.

If the issue persists, you can use our WebConnect feature and manually import the transactions. Once the bank file is ready, start importing the file to your QuickBooks Online company. Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorising your transactions. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

As advised above, bank error 105 usually means there may be a problem from your bank's end. It could be that there are ongoing maintenance or server issues. With that, I recommend checking your bank website to verify if there are notifications that need attention.
