Anyone face issue connecting to ocbc singapre business bank account

Hi there, FinACTSingapore.

I haven't seen a report similar to the error you receive. The error 105 means that there may be a problem from your bank's end.

The OCBC's website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. This can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks.

Here are the steps you can perform to fix this.

Step 1: Manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks.

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions.
  2. Go to Bank transactions and click Update.

Step 2: Check the bank and credit card's website to make sure everything is working on their end.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.  If you can't sign in, reach out to your bank or credit card company about the next steps.
  2. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. These should tell you if something isn't working.
  3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.

If everything looks good on the OCBC's site after 48 hours, go back to the Banking page, and manually update it again. If not, please contact our QuickBooks Live Team and report this issue.
