First off, you’ll want to reach out to your bank to verify if they’re performing any system maintenance updates. You can also sign in through your bank's website to check for any notifications that need your attention. From there, you can compare your bank’s URL to QuickBooks or copy and paste it to ensure you linked the correct one.
If everything looks good on the OCBC's site, you can go back to the Banking page and manually update. I'll show you how:
- On the left pane, go to the Banking menu.
- Select the Banking tab and click Update.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate the issue further. Please take note of our support hours, so we can address you concerns on time.
As a workaround, you’ll want to consider manually uploading the bank transactions into QuickBooks. If you’ll have duplicate ones moving forward, you can exclude them.
