Hi there. Has the UOB Bank account linking problem been resolved?

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, connect your bank again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting your bank to inquire about the possibility of connecting your account to QBO.

In the meantime, you may consider uploading your transaction manually in QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.

Upon checking on my end, the UOB bank is not included in the list, indicating that UOB Bank isn't currently supported in QuickBooks. 2. Select Talk to a Human.
3. Enter a short description of your concern.
4. Click on I still need a human.
