Let's work together to identify the issue and restore your ability to view and match bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), yhlee.
At times, a browser can store numerous frequently visited pages, which may cause irregularities when accessing bank transactions in QBO. To address this, try opening an incognito window in your browser to access the platform afresh.
Depending on the browser you're using, you can utilize the following keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If your transactions appear, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot.
Once everything is in order, it's advisable to sort through and categorize your downloaded bank transactions to the appropriate accounts.
Additionally, make it a habit to periodically review and reconcile your accounts to ensure they align with your financial statements.
Feel free to ask any additional questions you might have about your bank transactions, including how to categorize or reconcile accounts in QuickBooks, right here in the Community. I’m here and eager to assist you further.
Thanks JeveeAdvin.
I have followed your instructions, but I still can’t view the transactions under “for review”.
However, I can see the transaction under “categorised” and “excluded”
Please assist.

I appreciate you following the troubleshooting steps, yhlee. Since the transactions in the For Review tab are still not displaying, let's proceed by updating your bank page to retrieve your bank transactions. I'll guide you through the necessary steps to accomplish this.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. In the left panel, click on Bank Transactions.
3. Then, under Bank Transactions, go to the right corner and select Update.
We can also double-check the filters and date range at the top of the banking page. Sometimes transactions don't appear because the view is filtered incorrectly or set to an incorrect date range.
If these steps prove unsuccessful, I recommend contacting our support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools and permissions to securely access your account and provide personalized guidance, ensuring that you can smoothly continue managing your transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on the Help button located at the top of the page.
3. Navigate to the Search tab, enter your query, and press enter on your keyboard.
4. Select Contact Us.
5. Under the Callback option, click on the Have us call you button to input your details.
6. Finally, choose Get a Call to receive a callback from support.
