In QuickBooks, once you're bank account is already connected, the transactions will download automatically daily. Please see this attachment for more details about Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online .
However, if transactions don't automatically download, there may be issues with the connection of your bank into QuickBooks Online. We can fix this by manually updating the bank account between two to three times. It'll refresh the connection and can resolve bank problems. I'm here to guide on how to do this.
