Hi there, @catherineliew26. Activating the Project Tracking feature only takes a few clicks.
This feature is available in QuickBooks Online Plus, and Accountant. It helps you organize all the moving pieces of your project, including transactions, time, and running reports. By doing this, you always know where you stand with all your jobs.
Follow these steps to start tracking projects:
- Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Find the Projects section and select Edit ✎ to expand it.
- Turn on Organise all job-related activity in one place.
- Click Save and Done.
Once done, you can start creating projects. You can also activate the Billable Expense feature to track expenses you incur on your customer’s behalf when you perform work for them.
