Our company only has a debt card, how can I buy Quickbook service?
It's great to see you posting in the Community forum for the first time, Zoe.
It's definitely possible to pay for your QuickBooks subscription using a debit card. QuickBooks accepts most major debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as direct bank transfers (ACH).
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to purchase the service using your preferred payment method:
Next, you’ll need to create your Intuit account and enter your basic business information.
When you reach the "How do you want to pay?" or "Billing Information" section, enter your details:
Direct debit may require a quick verification process where QuickBooks sends two small "micro-deposits" to your account to confirm it's yours. Please know that QuickBooks typically doesn't accept prepaid debit cards or gift cards. It must be a debit card linked to a real bank account.
Once the payment information is verified, you will be taken to your new QuickBooks dashboard. You can then begin connecting your bank feeds so your transactions are imported automatically.

Thanks for your kind help! But when I reach the "How do you want to pay?" or "Billing Information" section, I cannot find "Choose another payment method" or "Bank Transfer." Is there any difference in areas? I want to buy in SG.

Thank you for sharing a screenshot of your current situation, Zoe22.
You're currently in the right track in purchasing QuickBooks Online Singapore version. However, please note that payments in Singapore can only be made using credit or debit cards. This means you'll need to use one of these methods to complete your purchase.
After completing the required details, click Subscribe, and you’ll be directed to your new QuickBooks dashboard. From there, you can start setting up bank feeds so that your transactions are automatically imported.

But our company do not have a debt card or a credit card. We've got a LLC company in the USA who also use QB, can we share the same account?
Or can you give me a saleman's email in SG, so that I can pay through bank tranfer?
Thanks for getting back to us, Zoe.
Direct bank transfers are not a standard payment method offered by Intuit for QuickBooks subscriptions. Intuit primarily accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, or ACH transfers from registered bank accounts. However, you can reach out to Intuit’s sales team for assistance in cases where your business cannot access typical payment methods, as well as to clarify your concerns.
You can reach them through this link: Talk to Sale. You can either chat with them or call the number at the top of the page to discuss your payment options.
