Hi, How can I do to access the 8% GST in 2024? I have some transaction done in Dec 23, and it will only be invoiced on Jan 24.

I'll help you access the 8% GST in 2024, support.

As the new rate is 9%, we can add an 8% tax rate. You can apply it to your December transactions that you'll invoice on January 24. Here's how:

  1. In the Tax Centre, click Add tax.
  2. Choose which type of tax rate you want to set up.
  3. Enter the details of your tax rate.
  4. Hit Save when finished.

Moreover, I'll include this article to help you view transactions that contribute to exception amounts: GST/Tax Exception Detail Report.

Comment below if you need further assistance managing your GST tax rates, and I'll get back to you. Have a great day!
