How to export GST report for last quarter

Hello, christine.

Great to have you here in the Community! I'd be happy to assist you with running a specific report for GST. We can run either GST Detail Report or GST Summary Report. This reports provides a summary or detailed breakdown of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) transactions recorded in your accounting system. The GST report helps you track and reconcile your GST-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

To export the GST report for the last quarter in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click on Reports.
  3. In the search bar, type GST and select GST Summary or GST Detail report, depending on your preference.
  4. Set the report period to the last quarter by choosing the appropriate start and end dates.
  5. Customize the report if needed by clicking on the Customize button.
  6. Click on the Run Report button to generate the report.
  7. Review the report to ensure it includes the desired information.
  8. To export the report, click on the Export button at the top right corner.
  9. Choose the desired file format for export, such as Excel or PDF.
  10. Save the exported file to your preferred location on your computer.
