I am using Shopify and have integrated it with QuickBooks. However, under the SALES column on QuickBooks, it does not reflect my sales made on Shopify.

Is there a setting that I need to do for it to reflect under the SALES column of QuickBooks

I am using Shopify and have integrated it with QuickBooks. However, under the SALES column on QuickBooks, it does not reflect my sales made on Shopify.

I'm here to help you resolve the error you have to sync and reflect your sales from Shopify to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info-straptelier.

To resolve this, you can disconnect Shopify from your QBO account and reconnect. It'll refresh the connection between QBO and Shopify.

Follow the steps below on how to disconnect Shopify from your QBO:

  1. Go to the Apps menu and then select My Apps.
  2. Click the Action dropdown menu, then Disconnect
  3. Finish the short questionnaire.
  4. Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your account.

See this article for more information about disconnecting a third-party app like Shopify in QBO: Transfer app ownership or disconnect apps.

Once done, reconnect the app as you did the first time you've added it to the account. For detailed guidance on how to configure and set up your sales from Shopify to QBO, refer to this article: Shopify and QuickBooks Online Integration Guide
