Thanks for checking with us, Ivan.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll service is only available in some regions, like Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. For QBO International versions, we don't currently have a built-in payroll feature.
You'll need to record your payroll transactions as a journal entries since QuickBooks Online Singapore doesn't have a payroll function inbuilt.
To do that:
- Hit on the + New button.
- Select Journal Entry.
- Under Date, select the payroll payment(s) date.
- Input Entry # for journal entry.
- Choose the Debit and Credit accounts.
- Click Make Recurring.
- Enter a memorable Template Name and set Template Type to Unscheduled; click Save Template.
- Press on Save.
Here's a link that you can check out that contains a sample scenario on how to enter payroll transactions in QBO: Recording payroll transactions manually
