Can I rearrange the Balance Sheet format in the quick book? I want to put the Non current Asset on top and follow with the current asset.

Can I rearrange the Balance Sheet format in the quick book? I want to put the Non current Asset on top and follow with the current asset.

Thanks for visiting our forum today for your Balance Sheet concern, @sumfam7037.

 

At this time, we can only customise the reports based on the information that you want to be displayed on the Balance Sheet. That said, being able to rearrange it isn't an option. It always comes with the Assets accounts, followed by Liabilities, then Equity.

 

To get the arrangement that you desired, I suggest exporting the Balance Sheet report to Excel and arrange it from there. Just click on the export button at the top of the report and choose Export to Excel

From there, you can manually customize the order of your accounts on your Balance Sheet report in the Excel file after exporting it.
