I have similar problem with setting up multicurrency feature, and engineering team is looking into the issue. Has this issue been resolved?

I've checked with my tools and found out that there is an ongoing issue regarding the unable to turn on multicurrency Error getting " Home currency data inconsistent. Please try again, and if the issue persists, contact out Support Team for further assistance. With that said, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They can add you to the affected user and notify you once the investigation is resolved. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to Human.
  4. Search Contact Us,  then choose either Start a chat with a support expert or get a callback.
