Hi there, @florence3.

You can turn on the multicurrency feature if you have subscribed to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus and QBO Advance version. However, you cannot turn it off and your home currency will be fixed to USD. Here's how to turn on the multicurrency feature:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced from the left pane.
  3. In the Currency section, click Edit ✎, and choose your Home Currency.
  4. Tick the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  5. Hit Save and close.

For more information about setting up your multicurrency feature, please check out this article: Turn on and use multicurrency.

Then you'll create a supplier or edit and assign a currency, here's how:

  1. Go to Expenses, then select Suppliers.
  2. Select New supplier, enter the information.
  3. Choose a currency from I pay this supplier with ▼ drop-down.
  4. You can add a currency to their display name, then click Save.

For future reference, you can adjust your home currency for your foreign balances.

Count me in if you need anything else. I'll be here to help. Take care.
