Hello there, @Ggg8.
I have some insights about creating pay now QR code on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you can receive payments and manage income transactions accordingly.
For the time being, creating pay now QR code on sales invoices isn't an option in QBO. You may want to look for a third-party application that can do this for you. Then, have them contact Intuit to get the app synced to the QuickBooks system.
On the other hand, you're only able to manually input Alphanumeric codes on your invoices' Message field. Since your QR code is based on the Tag-Length-Value (TLV) and Base64 formats (i.e., the square ones), you may upload a Word document or PDF file as a workaround. Then, attach them as permanent QR codes for all customers and invoices.
Also, you can create attractive and professional-looking invoices and sales forms in QBO. This lets you add the information that matters most to your business. You may want to check out this article to learn more about this process in QuickBooks: Customise invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have other concerns about managing invoices and payment transactions in QBO. I'm always around to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @Ggg8.
