I lost the following in my account. - product and services - customer details Anyone could assist me? Many thanks

Greetings, @wylimousineservi. I'll be here to help you find the Products & Services and Customer Details information in your account.

 

Let's start by ensuring that you're signing in to the correct account. If so, let's review the Audit Log section to see if someone made changes to your account and deleted the Products & Services and Customer Details information. 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log from the Tools column.

  2. Set the User section to All Users, Date Changed, and Events to All events.

 

If you can see all the data there without deleting history, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by accessing your account through private or incognito mode to elude keeping cache data files that cause lag when running a web-based system. 

 

Feel free to use the shortcut keys underneath: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, access it there. Once it works, clear the cache of your default browser to remove accumulated data. If the issue persists, you can another supported browser or device.
