Before we delete them, we can get a list of all bank accounts we've created as our reference in entering them again. Just go to the Chart of Accounts page and at the upper-right, click Run report. We can export the report or take a screenshot of it.
Also, we can't totally delete the bank accounts we created but we can inactivate them. Here's how to do that:
Just a heads up, we won't be able to turn off this feature once it has been turned on. I'll show you how to turn it on:
Let's recreate the bank accounts like how we previously did it and then select their respective currencies.

Noted, but can I delete it totally as the account had no prior transactions? Inactive means it is still there so it is not so clean.

Currently, we won't be able to delete the inactive accounts in QuickBooks Online. You can choose to Make the account Inactive to mark the account as deleted. Whenever you need the inactive account for your reference in the future, you can simply restore it.
