We need invoice from quickbooks? did not receive any invoice after sep 2019

Good day, @info476,

 

Are you referring to the subscription invoices we send prior to your charge date? If so, these communication is sent to the email attached to your billing information. You may check the Spam and Junk folders if they are routed there.

 

If you're still unable to find them, I recommend contacting our Customer Service Team. They can review your account and send the payment proof to your inbox.

 

Here's how to contact customer support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

You can also access your payment information like Billing frequency, Charge Date and Payment history inside Quickbooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Accounts & Settings.
  2. Tap the Billing & Subscription section to view your billing details.
