Let's run some troubleshooting steps to isolate what causes the data to disappear.

 

To begin with, let's review the audit log to checkwho made the changes. I'll guide you through the steps. Here's how:

 

  1. Clilck the Gear icon.
  2. Under TOOLS, select Audit log.
  3. On the User field, select All.
  4. Filter the Data Changed and the Events.

 

If no one has made the changes, you may be experiencing some data-related issues. With that, let's log into your account through an incognito window to isolate the issue. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

 

If you're able to see the bank transactions, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
