Let me guide you on how you can make the date in order on the transaction list, Trust.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) lets you sort out the dates according to your needs. You can have them appear from the current to the oldest transaction or vice versa.
You can simply click the Date dropdown to choose how you want it to show. I've added this screenshot for a clearer picture:
If you choose the arrow-up on the option, date shows from oldest to newest.
If the arrow is showing downward, the date shows up from the current date to the oldest.
Furthermore, QuickBooks offers different kinds of reports so you can view all your data. This is also a more convenient way if you want to check vendor transactions with their respective dates. You'll have only to make sure to customise them so they will show the right information. Read this article for more detailed steps: Customise Reports In QuickBooks Online.
Please get back to us if you have any other questions about your supplier transaction list. We'll always be right here to assist.
