Before anything else, may I ask what is the type of your DBS bank account? Just a heads-up, you can only connect the DBS bank personal bank account. Currently, connecting corporate account is not available.
If you're using DBS personal account, you'd want to contact our Customer Care team. An agent conduct a proper investigation to see what's causing this error:
If you're using a DBS corporate bank account, you can send a request so that DBS Ideal will be supported. earn more about connecting you bank in QBO through this helpful link: Find your bank account when you connect to online banking.
