To isolate the issue, I recommend reaching out to your bank to determine if they are having any maintenance issues that caused connection interruptions.

 

You can also manually update your DBS credit card account in QuickBooks to refresh the connection. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select your DBS credit card account.
  3. Click Update.

Meanwhile, you can also manually upload your bank transactions to QBO using CSV files. To do so, please refer to the detailed steps in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Once transactions are in, you'll now need to categorise and match them in QuickBooks. This process ensures your transactions are under the correct account.

Let me guide you to our best available support so we can further look into the root cause why your transactions were not updated.

 

Before anything else, may I ask what is the type of your DBS bank account? Just a heads-up, you can only connect the DBS bank personal bank account. Currently, connecting corporate account is not available. 

 

If you're using DBS personal account, you'd want to contact our Customer Care team. An agent  conduct a proper investigation to see what's causing this error:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked by the bot, enter "DBS Bank".
  4. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  5. Choose a way to connect with them.

If you're using a DBS corporate bank account, you can send a request so that DBS Ideal will be supported. earn more about connecting you bank in QBO through this helpful link: Find your bank account when you connect to online banking.

 

On the other hand, while we continue to work with the bank to develop a direct connection, you can manually import the transactions via CVS upload. For a complete instructions on how to do this, you can follow the steps in this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
