I want to trace all the quotations I have made. Is that possible? to have them lined up

Yes, it's possible to get all the estimates/quotations you already made. You can run the Estimates by Customer report to get all of them. Then set the Report period to All Dates. Then you can Group them by Customer, Account, Date, and more to have them line up.

Let me show you how:

1. Click the Magnifying glass icon on the top right.
   
2. Type estimates and then select Estimates by Customer.
   
3. Change the Report period to All Dates.
   
4. Choose customisation to group the report by.
5. Hit Run report.

You can also memorise the custom report you recently pulled up by clicking the Save customisation button on the Estimates by Customer report window. Then see it in the Reports menu, under the Custom Reports tab.
