What are all the reasons for the Autogenarationg of bills in quick books? Please advise how to prevent this issue.

Good day, v-kumar.

You may have set up recurring bills in QuickBooks Online. To prevent this, you can either delete the recurring transaction or edit the template to Unscheduled or Reminder type from the recurring list.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner and choose Recurring Transactions.
   
2. Look for the bill template, click the Edit drop-down button and choose Delete.
   
3. Click Yes to confirm.
4. If you’d prefer to retain the template, click Edit.
5. Change the Type to Unscheduled or Reminder.
   
6. Click Save template.
