Good day, candra1.
When you get an unusual behavior in your QuickBooks Online account, it's likely caused by a browser-related issue. Third-party cache and cookies are allowed by default on all supported browsers. This helps reduce the loading time of web pages, so it will be easy to open a website next time you visit them. However, when the cache gets full, it causes display or access problems.
Let's try to open your company in an incognito or private browser. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Gear > Recurring transactions. If you see the correct template, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.
Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
Please keep me updated if you're able to use the template. I'm here to help until a solution is found. Thanks.
