It seems like we're looking into our QuickBooks billing and subscription fee. If we've directly signed up, the discount is only up to 6 months. After a month, it charges back to the regular fee. This goes the same way if we subscribed first through the free 30-day trial, after we subscribe it uses the regular rate.
I also suggest reaching out to us so we can check your statements and the charges. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, click Contact us.
- Enter your concern the box something like Subscription fee.
- Click Let's talk and then choose to either start a chat or email.
