We currently have an ongoing investigation about this error when adding a template. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team via chat or call. They can add your company details to the notification list. This way, you will be informed when there are updates or the issue is resolved.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Help located in the upper right corner.
- In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- Enter your question and click Let's talk.
- Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
- Provide the following number to expedite the process: INV-56317.
If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:
- In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
- Type Talk to a human and proceed with I still need a human.
- Click the Contact us link.
- Select either Messaging or Callback.
