Hello, something wrong with the system. I need help.

I'm here to make sure you never experience the same thing again, candra1.

We can check the tax Filing frequency for GST if it is set to a Quarterly period, Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Taxes and select Set up tax.
  2. In the Filing frequency field, make sure the Quarterly period is selected.
  3. Select your Reporting Method (usually it'll be Accrual, but if in doubt, please consult your accountant).
  4. Enter the Sales rate, then select This tax is applicable on purchases, if applicable.
  5. Press Next, then select OK.

If the fling frequency period is correct, we can try some basic troubleshooting tests to figure this out. Try filing your GST in a private browser. The private mode prevents the cache from being retained while the website is up and running, which may cause issues. Here's a list of shortcut keys that you can use to get to one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome A63.PNG
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox A64.PNG and Microsoft Edge A65.PNG
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari A66.PNG

If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser.
